No-Calorie Cake

Know someone who is expecting a baby? Try making this easy no-cal cake. Trust me. They'll love ya for it!


I have made several diaper cakes over the years and I always resort to keeping them simple. For this cake, I bought chipboard letters since I didn't have time to make them using my Cricut. Otherwise, I would have made letters similar to the ones I made for Baby Evelyn's diaper cake, just not in pink.
