When I had the great fortune of meeting Oprah last April, I was also lucky enough to get to sit in the front row along with Sleep Country Canada president Christine Magee and a few blogging buddies as we listened to Oprah's inspirational talk. This quote stood out and still stands out to me.

Your life is speaking to you. Are you paying attention?
