The Next Step Live On Stage Featuring Nerf Rebelle, DohVinci and Twister Moves
Saturday, February 21, 2015
Today, my daughter and two of her friends attended The Next Step Live On Stage show at Queen Elizabeth Theatre here in Toronto. The cross-Canada tour is roughly two months long and showcases the amazing talents of The Next Step cast members. Select shows will also feature the Hasbro booth and we were fortunate to have been invited by Hasbro to attend one of them.
Before the show began and during intermission, TNS fans lined up to tried out the newest in Nerf Rebelle and DohVinci products. My favourite? The new Nerf Rebelle Secret Shot. When not in use, it converts into a cute little purse!
Of course, we had to stop and take a photo of the future stars of The Next Step.
The show was a lot of fun and it was great to see a variety of dance styles on stage. And some of the tricks we saw were incredibly impressive, too!
We even watched a special performance by a local children's dance troupe. They were adorable!
In between performances, cast members would interact with the audience and even answered questions that had been asked via Twitter.
The audience couldn't stop screaming. It was full of die-hard TNS fans. And mothers who would soon suffer pre-mature hearing loss.
Unfortunately, there are only two more shows remaining here in Toronto before they continue on their tour. Their next stop will be in North Bay before stopping at various locations in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia. The tour will end in Ontario with shows in North Bay, Sudbury, Chatham, Kinston, Guelph and Ottawa, as well as a stop in Montreal.
