Lynx at the Biodôme in Montreal

Tuesday, April 29, 2014

A few weeks ago, our grade eight students went to Montreal and I joined them as a chaperone. One of our stops was at the Biodôme. Of particular note were the lynx. Not just because they were so cute but because everyone was so fascinated with their dinner.

Warning: The last photo is not intended for those with a weak stomach.

  1. I didn't realise they looked so much like a domestic cat but much bigger and fiercer LOL, I do hate seeing animals eating each other but I doubt meat potatoes and veg would float their boat either LOLOL

    Have a lynxtastic week ;-)

  25. I grew up in an area where there were threats from these things in the wild. They're very pretty, but I would NEVER want to cross paths with one, unless there was glass or a strong fence between us. =)

  30. I've never been there but I like how the place actually looks like their natural habitat because I hate when they're in small enclosures because it's inhumane
