Pregnancy #2 - 18 weeks

Ever wish you could turn back the hands of time? I'm having one of those moments right now. Not because I'm wide awake at 1:00 in the morning. But because I just spent the last 15 minutes browsing through old photos on Facebook and came across my last pregnancy album. They brought back so many fond memories and a whirlwind of emotions. Oh, how I loved being pregnant! Every minute of it. And if I had to do it all over again, I would. Am I saying that I want to try for a third? Well, I cannot deny that I would be over the moon about having another baby but I have to be realistic. It just isn't in the cards for us. And, though it makes me a little sad, I'm okay with it. We have two beautiful and healthy children, and that's more than I could ever ask for. But man, I'd give an arm and a leg to relive my last pregnancy. Which would make for an interesting birthing story, wouldn't it?

Pregnancy #2 - 36 weeks
In the meantime, I'll just have to live vicariously through all of the pregnant ladies I know. Are you expecting? What's it like? Gah! I think I'm going baby crazy!

  1. No more baby cravings for me. I birthed 5 earthly angels & one we didn't get to keep. We are easing into grandparenting... very slowly. Our 10 month old grandson passed away last year of SIDS. Our daughter is expecting again... we are cautiously anxious.
