Vista Print Offer - Toronto Teacher Mom

Vista Print Offer

Tuesday, June 22, 2010

Earlier this year, I received an email offer in my Hotmail inbox to receive 250 business cards from Vista Print for free. All I had to pay for was the shipping, which was roughly $3.50. I thought I'd try it out. I have been reviewing products on my blog for almost a year and I thought, wouldn't it be great to have a business card to give to potential sponsors and people who might be interested in my blog? So I tried it out, thinking in the back of my mind that there was a catch. But there wasn't. I picked out one of their numerous well-designed templates and customized it with my information. I did add the additional feature of having my blog url and Twitter handle printed on the back since it was only about $2 more. Within a matter of days, my box of business cards arrived and they looked fantastic! I was really impressed with the quality.

I did have the opportunity to share a card or two with some fellow bloggers I met at a blogger dinner event last month. And just last week, for the first time, I bumped into the owner of a local company that makes vegan soups and stews which I had reviewed here on my blog. She has a new line of sauces and suggested I review them as well. Out came a business card. I felt so professional!

With this Vista Print offer, you can choose from discounted items such as a T-shirt or a mouse pad, or  250 free business cards, 140 free return address labels, or a free personalized key chain. Shipping is usually $3.50 to $7.00. And with the address labels, you can choose to fill in only a few of the lines with your child's name and use them to personalize his/her toys or other belongings. I think I'm going to try out their labels next. What would you get?

  1. Great idea and love your business cards. Not sure if they'd include Australia in this deal but am going to click through and find out. Thanks.
